She needs an outdoor portable sink

My sister runs a daycare out of her house and is looking for a cheap portable sink. She found some portable sinks that were affordable but not one of them could be used as an outdoor portable sink. She does a lot of activities outside and in the basement and a cheap portable sink would make her life a lot easier. There aren't many portable sinks available that can be used as outdoor portable sinks, but she's determined to find one. If she can find a cheap portable sink that she likes she will buy two so she has portable sinks in the only two areas without them.
